Terms of Payment



Vina Volunteer Service accepts the following payment methods:

  • Secure Online Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Paypal
  • Bank Transfer
  • Direct Deposit

Credit Cards

Pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard,) or Paypal. Payment by credit card is the easiest and most efficient method of shopping

Credit cards are charged when goods are ready to be dispatched, and not at the time of ordering. If a card has been declined, we will endeavour to contact you informing you. If we haven’t received a response in 5 days, we will retry the card. In the event of a second failure, the order will be immediately cancelled.

Bank Transfer

Except for cash payment, bank fee charges may also apply (any bank charge must be incomed by customers). Our bank account details are as follows:

Cash payment: Only after the agreement of the two parties paying for the remaining balance at our offices.

Travellers’ cheque: Only after the agreement of the two parties; in this case, 3% of expenses are charged by customer paying for the remaining balance at our office.

Credit card: For payment by credit card, 3-4% of expenses are charged by customers. This is for payment online and paying the balance in our offices.


A deposit of 40% of the program value by Credit card, Paypal or bank transfer plus bank charges (processing fees) is required upon confirmation of your booking.


If unexpected circumstances should arise and impact your holiday plans, we would be glad to assist you with the cancellation procedures and refund your money. Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers’ requirements, and can be summarized as follows:
Deposit can be settled via one of our payment method above. Deposit are at 50% of the total booking amount is required at booking.

  • Cancellation by customer will be charged as follow:

More than 30 days before trip commencement: 10% of the total volunteer program cost
20 to 30 days before trip commencement: 20% of the total volunteer program cost
14to 20 days before trip commencement: 40% of the total volunteer program cost
From 7 to 14 days before trip commencement: 60% of the total volunteer program cost
No show for cancellations 7days before the commencement of the program.


The contract between the services rendered by Vina Volunteer Service may be canceled by us for reasons related to a situation of force major, political, health, natural disaster, plane, etc.. In all such instances of cancellation, registrants are fully reimbursed, but can not claim any compensation.


For your convenience, the balance shall be settled 2 weeks before departure by Paypal, Credit card, Bank transfer. Normally before departure, our coordinator will meet you at a convenient time for you for a briefing and orientation..
